Protokoll der Vorstandssitzung vom 25. September 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genehmigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kleines Ritual \u2013 wie geht\u2019s mir zur Zeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gute Sache. Man sp\u00fcrt sich gegenseitig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Hans Leuenberger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hans hat gew\u00fcnscht, an diese Sitzung eingeladen zu werden<\/strong>. Grunds\u00e4tzlich sind alle Vereinsmitglieder zu unseren Sitzungen eingeladen. Einladungen werden keine verschickt, aber auf der Talent-Homepage sind alle Vorstandsprotokolle zu finden. Dort kann jedeR das Datum der n\u00e4chsten Sitzung ausfindig machen. Zudem wird die jeweils n\u00e4chste Sitzung des Talentvorstandes auch unter den Veranstaltungen publiziert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laptop<\/strong>: Hans hat vor langer Zeit einen Laptop bei Talent beantragt, um bei den Regiogruppen jeweils die Talent-Homepage zeigen zu k\u00f6nnen. Von uns Anwesenden kann sich leider niemand an einen solchen Antrag erinnern. Wir f\u00fchren eine angeregte Diskussion und f\u00e4llen folgenden Beschluss: Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich finanzieren wir diesen Laptop und selbstverst\u00e4ndlich geh\u00f6rt jenes dann den beiden Regionalgruppen, welche Hans betreut (Thurgau und Z\u00fcrich). Wir freuen uns, dass Hans in seinem Alter noch so aktiv f\u00fcr Talent ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Gelder f\u00fcr Regiogruppen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gilt, dass Regiogruppen zehn Prozent ihrer Franken- und Talent-Eink\u00fcnfte bekommen. Bis jetzt ist das nicht geschehen, auch deshalb, weil jemand diese Regional-Einnahmen herausfiltern m\u00fcsste. Und auch die RegiogruppenleiterInnen haben dieses Geld noch nie eingefordert &#8230; (Text aus den Gruppenregeln: &#8222;<em>Gruppen erhalten einen j\u00e4hrlich an der Mitgliederversammlung festzulegenden Prozentsatz der Mitgliederbeitr\u00e4ge aller Mitglieder aus ihrer Region \/ ihrem Thema zur selbst\u00e4ndigen Verwendung<\/em>.&#8220;)<br><strong>Beschluss<\/strong>: Patrick erstellt den Jahresbericht 2024. Danach dr\u00f6selt er auch die Regiogelder auf. F\u00fcr die Regiogruppen erstellen wir jedoch keine Postcheckkonti. Sie erhalten einfach Gutschriften und schicken ihre Rechnungen an den SFr-Kassier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. INWOs Aufl\u00f6sung per 31. Dezember 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die INWO Schweiz schenkt uns 808.08.- TALENTE. Matthias meldet bei der Postfinanz die Adress\u00e4nderung an und telefoniert der Sekret\u00e4rin von INWO (Monica) betreffend der Frage, an wen sie das Talentgeld schicken sollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. GV 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir fragen die Regiogruppen an, wo unsere Jahresversammlung stattfinden k\u00f6nnte. Zur Diskussion stehen: Basel\/Baselland, Solothurn oder Graub\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Diverses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matthias macht mit Gabriela einen Termin zum Thema &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; auf unserer Homepage;&nbsp;wahrscheinlich zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. N\u00e4chste Sitzung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir treffen uns am <strong>Mittwoch, den 22.
