Juli 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abgenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Andreas informiert zu den laufenden IT-Projekten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Weiterentwicklung Cyclos und Cyweb<\/strong>: Andreas informiert \u00fcber die aktuellen Informatikarbeiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eingaben bei der CMS-Stiftung sowie bei KlimUp<\/strong>: Es laufen zwei Antr\u00e4ge \u2013 in Basel und Z\u00fcrich \u2013 f\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigte Software-Weiterentwicklungen. Der Antrag bei Klimup wurde letzte Woche von der Regionalgruppe Z\u00fcrich eingereicht. Und zum Antrag der Regionalgruppe Basel bei CMS haben wir R\u00fcckfragen erhalten, welche Brigitte koordiniert. Ziel ist, die R\u00fcckmeldung in den kommenden 14 Tagen zu geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Geb\u00fchren f\u00fcr den Markt \/&nbsp;Rechnungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betreffend allf\u00e4lligen TALENT-Entsch\u00e4digungen w\u00e4hrend Marktpr\u00e4senzen verf\u00fcgen wir noch \u00fcber keine Regelung. M\u00fcssen wir im Vorstand einmal bearbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Diverses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eine neue Pr\u00e4senz auf Social Media<\/strong>: Andreas aktiviert f\u00fcr uns eine <a href=\"https:\/\/net.miaumuh.ch\/@talentschweiz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mastodon-Pr\u00e4senz<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tauschen light<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Andreas<\/strong> ist der Meinung, dass &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; ein niederschwelliger Einstieg f\u00fcr potentiell neue Mitglieder sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matthias<\/strong> hat grosse Bedenken, ob diese Massnahme uns den gew\u00fcnschten Mitgliederzuwachs bringen wird. Er h\u00e4lt das Ganze f\u00fcr zu kompliziert. Ausserdem stellt er die Frage in den Raum, wer das alles auf der Homepage umsetzen wird. Andreas und Revamp-it bieten sich daf\u00fcr an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Idee von Johannes<\/strong>: An Stelle von &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; k\u00f6nnten wir entsprechend zu analogen M\u00f6glichkeiten die Begriffe &#8222;Registrieren als Gast\/Mitglied&#8220; und &#8222;Login als Gast\/Mitglied&#8220; verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online-Abstimmung und Kl\u00e4rung der diesbez\u00fcglichen Situation<\/strong>: Nachdem &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; an der MV 2024 angenommen und 2025 wieder in Frage gestellt wurde, beschliesst der Vorstand auf Anregung von Andreas eine Online-Abstimmung zum Kl\u00e4ren der Situation, bei der alle Mitglieder dar\u00fcber abstimmen k\u00f6nnen, ob der Leitfaden von Talent f\u00fcr &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; angepasst wird und &#8222;Tauschen light&#8220; anschliessend umgesetzt wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vertretungsregelung an Mitgliederversammlungen<\/strong>: Wir haben nochmals \u00fcber die Vertretungen an den MVs gesprochen: Was ist die maximale Anzahl an Personen, die dort vertreten werden k\u00f6nnen? Vorl\u00e4ufig belassen wir es so, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talent.ch\/?page_id=13\">wie es in den Statuten festgehalten ist<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ritas Engagement<\/strong>: Wir w\u00fcrden es sehr bedauern, wenn Rita ihr Vorstands-Engagement zur\u00fcckfahren w\u00fcrde. Wir sch\u00e4tzen ihren Power und Drive, den sie in unseren Laden bringt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informelles Vorstandstreffen<\/strong>: Matthias schl\u00e4gt vor, dass sich der Vorstand demn\u00e4chst einmal informell trifft &#8211; zum Beispiel zu einem Essen -, zwecks besserem Kennenlernen und Teambuilding. Einige ziehen ein Abendessen vor. Johannes schaut, ob bei Hendrik in der Kalkbreite etwas m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. N\u00e4chste Sitzung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir beschliessen, dass die n\u00e4chste Vorstandssitzung an unserem informellen Treffen, welches am Montag, den 20. Oktober 2025 um 18 Uhr bei Hendrik Barth in der Kalkbreite in Z\u00fcrich (Gartenk\u00fcche) stattfinden wird, abgemacht wird. Johannes bringt Pastetli mit veganer F\u00fcllung, Erbs und R\u00fcebli sowie ein veganes Schoggimuss mit. Rita steuert noch einen Salat bei. Andere Vorstandsmitglieder k\u00f6nnen z. B.
